Islamic Affairs Minister Welcomes Saudi Ambassadors to Uruguay and Mozambique

Riyadh: Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif Al Alsheikh received yesterday newly appointed Saudi Ambassador to Uruguay Sultan Al-Muzaini and newly appointed Saudi Ambassador to Mozambique Ahmed Al-Wahib. Discussions focused on supporting the ministry's work and programs in those countries, in line with its mission to serve Islam and Muslims and to promote the values of moderation and tolerance.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting underscored the importance of strengthening diplomatic relations and collaboration between Saudi Arabia and the respective countries. The ambassadors discussed with Sheikh Dr. Al Alsheikh various initiatives aimed at enhancing the ministry's outreach and its role in promoting Islamic teachings centered around peace and coexistence.

The conversations also highlighted the ministry's ongoing efforts to bolster its international presence and to support communities in Uruguay and Mozambique. Both ambassadors expressed their commitment to furthering these goals and ensuring that the values of moderation and tolerance remain central to their diplomatic missions.
