Islamic Affairs Minister Engages with Sierra Leone’s Ambassador on Strengthening Ties

Riyadh: Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif Al Alsheikh received Sierra Leone's Ambassador to the Kingdom, Mohammed S. Barrie, at the ministry's headquarters today.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting focused on several issues of mutual interest, aiming to enhance cooperation between the ministry and Sierra Leone's relevant authorities, especially in the fields of Islamic affairs and dawah. The discussions emphasized the importance of collaborative efforts to promote shared goals and values.

The ambassador expressed appreciation for the Kingdom's significant contributions to serving Islam and Muslims globally. He acknowledged the Kingdom's dedication to facilitating the pilgrimage experiences for Hajj and Umrah, highlighting the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Guests Program, which hosts Sierra Leonean pilgrims for Hajj, Umrah, and other visits.
