Riyadh: Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the International News Media Association (INMA) Earl Wilkinson affirmed that Saudi media enjoys strong support from the Kingdom's leadership, empowering leaders and influential figures to move forward in delivering media messages and conveying an accurate image of Saudi Arabia. He stressed that this support has had a positive impact on national competencies, emphasizing that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is experiencing a prosperous and dynamic phase across all fields.
According to Saudi Press Agency, this statement was made during the opening session of the Saudi Media Forum in its fifth edition, held in the presence of Minister of Media Salman Al-Dossary, along with senior officials and forum guests.
Wilkinson noted that artificial intelligence (AI) has become capable of saving time and bridging distances through more efficient means, while underscoring the importance of ensuring sustainable financial returns for media institutions and aligning AI tools with news production across various media platforms.
