International Media Delegation Tours Kaaba Kiswa Complex, Two Holy Mosques Architecture Exhibition

Makkah: A delegation of local and international media representatives visited King Abdulaziz Complex for the Holy Kaaba Kiswa and the Exhibition of the Two Holy Mosques Architecture today.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the tour was organized by the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, in cooperation with the Royal Commission for Makkah City and Holy Sites and the General Authority of Media Regulation. The event aimed to showcase the Kingdom's efforts in serving the Two Holy Mosques.

During the visit to the complex, the delegation observed the operational and industrial stages involved in producing the Kaaba cover. They also met with the Saudi technical staff responsible for weaving and embroidering the garment, which is crafted according to high global technical standards. The tour continued to the architecture exhibition, where historical artifacts and models documented the history of care and maintenance provided to the holy sites.

The media representatives commended the specialized industry in the Kingdom and praised the continuous development of the services system aimed at enriching the experience for pilgrims and visitors.
