Moscow: The Ministry of Interior won the 2025 award for Best Awareness Film -- titled 'The Role of Artificial Intelligence and Modern Technologies in Supporting Civil Protection (Civil Defense) Operations' -- in the periodic awareness and educational film competition organized by the General Secretariat of the Arab Interior Ministers Council (AIMC), during the 20th Arab Conference of Heads of Civil Defense Agencies held in the Republic of Iraq. Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia' Al-Sudani presented the award to Director General of Civil Defense Major General Dr. Hammoud bin Suleiman Al-Faraj.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the competition aims to encourage innovation and competition in producing visual content that delivers awareness and educational messages in the field of civil protection.
