Interior Ministry Showcases Unified 911 Security Operations at World Defense Show

General

Riyadh: The Unified Security Operations Centers (911) are flagship initiatives of the Ministry of Interior, developed in collaboration with the Quality of Life Program, part of Saudi Vision 2030. These centers aim to improve the handling of emergency reports and unify procedures among security and service agencies.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the ministry is showcasing the center's operations at its pavilion during the World Defense Show 2026, taking place from February 8 to 12 in Riyadh. By unifying operations rooms into a single regional system, the ministry improves response times and coordination among authorities.

The centers operate 24/7, receiving emergency calls, dispatching reports to specialized agencies, and monitoring field conditions through advanced CCTV systems. They also manage major events and evaluate response mechanisms and service quality through dedicated departments.
