Interior Ministry: Deportation, 10-Year Entry Ban for Resident Hajj Violators

Riyadh: The Ministry of Interior reaffirmed that residents who violate the requirement to obtain a Hajj permit will be deported and banned from entering the Kingdom for 10 years, stressing that holding a valid permit is a mandatory condition for performing Hajj.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the ministry urged everyone to comply with Hajj regulations and instructions, which are designed to ensure the safety and security of pilgrims and to help them perform their rituals with ease. It also encouraged the public to report violators by calling 911 in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and Eastern regions, and 999 in other parts of the Kingdom.
