Jeddah: The Ministry of Interior and the Saudi Broadcasting Authority (SBA) have come together to sign a memorandum of cooperation (MoC) during the Hajj Conference and Exhibition 2025, hosted at the Jeddah Superdome from November 9 to 12.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the memorandum is designed to enhance the ministry's media presence by leveraging the capabilities of the SAYMA platform. This platform is one of SBA's prominent digital initiatives, focused on managing and showcasing media content while safeguarding intellectual-property rights.

The SAYMA platform serves as a centralized national repository for Saudi media content. It is dedicated to preserving and managing the Kingdom's audiovisual archive, allowing both public and private sectors to share and distribute media content in a secure and efficient manner.

Currently, the platform is home to over 1.3 million media assets, encompassing videos, audio recordings, and rare archival materials.
