Jeddah: Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz met with security leaders of the Makkah Region at the regional police headquarters in the Jeddah Region. During the meeting, Prince Abdulaziz conveyed the greetings of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince, Prime Minister His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to the security leaders and personnel within their respective sectors.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Prince Abdulaziz commended the Makkah security personnel for their work in enhancing the safety and security of pilgrims, citizens, residents, and visitors. He emphasized the significance of their duties, particularly in light of the increasing number of Hajj and Umrah performers in Makkah and the rise in tourists visiting Saudi Arabia.
Prince Abdulaziz was also updated on the key achievements of the Makkah security sectors. Their efforts in executing security tasks with professionalism, efficiency, and integration with other government and service entities were highlighted during the briefing.
