Riyadh: The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources has announced the formation of the non-profit Beverages and Juices Association. This initiative aims to support local manufacturing and stimulate innovation, contributing to the growth of the sector and enhancing its competitiveness. It is part of the ministry's efforts to empower non-profit organizations in the industrial and mining sectors, recognizing their vital role in fostering the Kingdom's economic and social development.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the association's primary focus is to develop national industrial capabilities within the beverages and juices sector. It will create a platform for communication between decision-makers and investors to address the sector's challenges and discuss viable solutions. This initiative aims to promote sustainable growth in the industry and maximize its contribution to the Kingdom's food security goals, aligning with Vision 2030.
