Shanghai: The industry and mineral resources ecosystem is leading the national pavilion at the Hannover Messe Industrial Automation Show, taking place from September 23 to 27 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai, China, as part of the China International Industry Fair, one of Asia's largest industrial gatherings.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Hannover Messe is a leading platform for showcasing the latest industrial automation solutions, including smart control systems, sensors, electrical systems, motion control, industrial robots, and advanced industrial IT software, making it a global meeting point for decision-makers, investors, and experts in advanced manufacturing.
The Saudi pavilion comprises the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, the Ministry of Investment, the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON), the Saudi Industrial Development Fund, the Saudi Export Development Authority (Saudi Exports), the National Industrial Development Center, and several leading national companies.
The pavilion will highlight the Kingdom's industrial transformation journey; programs and initiatives to accelerate the adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies and develop smart production; and success stories of national factories that have implemented industrial automation, advanced control systems, robotics, and digitization on their production lines. It will also spotlight digital connectivity solutions for industrial supply chains and present the Kingdom's efforts to localize industrial technologies and transfer knowledge in industrial software, electrical systems, and mechatronics.
The participation of the industry and mineral resources ecosystem in the event reinforces the Kingdom's position as a global industrial hub in line with Saudi Vision 2030, strengthens integration with Asian markets, and creates strategic opportunities to forge international partnerships in advanced manufacturing, showcase promising investment prospects in the industrial sector, and explore the latest innovations in automation and smart technologies.
This representation builds on the Kingdom's growing role at international industrial events, as Riyadh prepares to host Hannover Messe Industrial Transformation 2025 in December, where the Kingdom will highlight its pioneering industrial transformation experience.
