India and Saudi Arabia on Thursday held talks on bilateral, regional and global issues.
Indian Prime Minister’s Office said in a statement that Premier Narendra Modi held telephone conversation with Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia Mohammad Bin Salman Al-Saud.
“The leaders reviewed a number of issues of bilateral cooperation and exchanged views on various multilateral and global issues of mutual interest,” the statement said. Modi thanked Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman for his country’s support during evacuation of Indian nationals from Sudan via Jeddah in April. He also expressed best wishes for the upcoming Haj season.
On his part, Crown Prince Bin Salman conveyed his full support to India’s G20 Presidency and New Delhi’s initiatives as part of its ongoing presidency.
