Imam Mohammad Islamic University Celebrates Achievement in Times Higher Education Rankings

Riyadh: Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University (IMSIU) has secured first place in Saudi Arabia for the Quality Education 2025 index, according to the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings, and ranked 29th globally. This accomplishment highlights its educational leadership and sustainable social impact.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the THE Impact Rankings evaluate higher education institutions based on their contributions to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), assessing educational, social, economic, and environmental impacts beyond traditional metrics.

The Quality Education index (SDG 4) measures a university's capacity to provide high-quality education, promote lifelong learning, and establish equity, as well as develop human resources essential for national development and community service.

IMSIU's ranking reflects its commitment to enhancing the educational system, improving outcomes, and boosting academic quality.
