Abu dhabi: The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) has won the Best HR Team Award in the GCC for 2025 as part of the 13th Annual GCC GOV HR and Youth Summit and Awards 2025, held today in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates. According to Saudi Press Agency, Executive Director of Human Resources at the Fund, Moteb Al-Gunaisi, also won second place in the Best HR Leader in the Government Sector category. Additionally, the Fund secured second place for Best Learning and Development Strategy in the Public and Government Sector. The recognition reflects HRDF's adoption of advanced human resources strategies and practices, as well as its sustained commitment to international standards. The organization has implemented pioneering programs and initiatives focusing on human development, continuous learning, and enhancing the employee experience.
