HRH Crown Prince and Pakistani Prime Minister Discuss Regional Security and Bilateral Ties

Jeddah: His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, met with Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif this evening in Jeddah. During the meeting, they reviewed the close bilateral relations and ways to strengthen and develop them in various fields.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the leaders also discussed regional developments, particularly the repercussions of the ongoing military escalation on the security and stability of the region and the world, and coordinated efforts in this regard. The meeting emphasized the importance of maintaining security and stability in the region through collaborative efforts.

The meeting was attended by prominent officials from both sides. From the host country, Minister of State, Member of the Cabinet, and National Security Advisor Dr. Musaed Al-Aiban, along with President of the General Intelligence Presidency Khalid Al-Humaidan, were present. Representing Pakistan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mohammad Ishaq Dar and Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces of Pakistan Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir attended the discussions.
