Riyadh: The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) signed three employment-linked training agreements on the sidelines of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) General Conference in Riyadh to qualify and empower 356 Saudi citizens with total support exceeding SAR68 million.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the agreements include specialized training programs conducted both within the Kingdom and in China. These programs focus on developing skills in the industrial sector and aim to support the costs and provide incentives for employment-linked training in the electric vehicle (EV) and advanced electronics industries.
The initiatives are designed to ensure the quality of training, enhance the readiness of the Saudi workforce, strengthen skills and competitiveness, and empower citizens in key and promising specializations within the labor market.
