Housing Minister Launches Cityscape Global Forum in London

London: Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed Al-Hogail, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate General Authority, launched the introductory forum for Cityscape Global in London, an event that attracted over 100 international companies and investment funds managing projects with assets exceeding $4.4 trillion.

According to Saudi Press Agency, in his opening speech, Al-Hogail emphasized that Saudi Arabia is at a pivotal moment as it seeks to redefine the characteristics of its cities in a groundbreaking manner that transcends conventional ideas. This initiative aims to foster the development of vibrant centers brimming with opportunities, merging innovation with the highest standards of quality of life, all in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.

The minister stated that this event signifies a strategic move to strengthen the Kingdom's status as a global center for real estate investment.

'Cityscape Global plays a significant role in providing access to diverse investment opportunities within the Saudi real estate market. It draws in foreign investments aimed at diversifying the economy and enhancing the sector's contribution to the local product. Furthermore, it showcases Saudi Arabia's ambitions and remarkable urban success stories that have evolved from dreams of the past to the realities we experience today,' Al-Hogail said.
