Riyadh: The Esports World Cup Foundation announced that Japanese game industry icon Hideo Kojima, founder of Kojima Productions and a leading creative force in interactive entertainment, will participate in the Esports World Cup 2025 and the New Global Sport Conference in Riyadh.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Kojima will deliver a keynote address at the conference on August 24, where he will unveil exclusive details about the development of Death Stranding 2: On the Beach.
During the Esports World Cup Festival, Kojima will also appear at the Publisher Park area to meet fans and industry professionals.
The New Global Sport Conference will take place on August 23-24, coinciding with the final week of the second edition of the Esports World Cup. The event will feature leaders from the gaming, esports, and sports sectors, including senior executives from Sony, Activision, SEGA, LA28, Bandai Namco, and other major companies.
