Riyadh: Secretary-General of the Arab League Nabil Fahmy met on Tuesday with President of the Arab Tourism Organization and member of the Higher Coordination Committee for Joint Arab Action Bandar Al-Fehaid. During the meeting at the Arab League headquarters, the two sides discussed prospects for cooperation and ways to promote intra-Arab tourism. They also addressed tourism security, training, and the implementation of decisions adopted by the Council of Arab Ministers for Tourism. According to Saudi Press Agency, Fahmy affirmed the Arab League's support for the Arab Tourism Organization and praised its role in supporting the Arab tourism sector and strengthening its contribution to development and national economies. The discussions highlighted the importance of collaborative efforts to enhance tourism infrastructure and improve the overall travel experience within the Arab region. The meeting underscored the commitment of both organizations to foster sustainable tourism growth that aligns with regional pr iorities.
