Wadi Arar and its tributaries were particularly adorned with these stunning blooms, following the recent rains that revitalized the landscape. According to Saudi Press Agency, Nasser Al-Majlad, head of the Aman Environmental Association, noted that the resurgence of Haloxylon is testament to the success of the nature reserve initiatives and reforestation efforts. This resilient perennial shrub is well adapted to harsh desert conditions. Its unique tubular leaves help conserve moisture, enabling it to thrive in arid environments.
