Riyadh: Pilgrim City at Halat Ammar border crossing continues to implement the second and final phase of its operations, providing a fully integrated system of services to departing pilgrims, under the follow-up supervision of Governor of Tabuk Region and General Supervisor of Hajj Operations in the region Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz.
According to Saudi Press Agency, many departing pilgrims expressed gratitude and appreciation for the services and smooth facilitation they experienced from the moment they entered the Kingdom until their departure through Pilgrim City at Halat Ammar. They stressed that these efforts reflect the Kingdom's commitment to offering the best possible services to pilgrims. They praised the facilities provided upon their arrival and again during their departure after performing Hajj. As they received Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud's parting gift, a copy of the Holy Quran, they prayed that the Kingdom's leadership continues to perpetuate its blessings of security, safety, and stability.
Pilgrim Mohammed Ibrahim Abdulrahman from Jordan commented on the services, describing them as of the highest standards of professionalism and compassion. He noted the feeling of being among family and thanked the Kingdom, its government, and people for their generosity and care.
Pilgrim Issa Abdulwahab from Palestine remarked on the warm reception, swift procedures, and seamless organization at Pilgrim City in Halat Ammar. He expressed that it felt more like a farewell filled with love and appreciation rather than a mere departure.
