Hajj Ministry Secures Accolades for Digital Transformation and Innovation

Riyadh: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has achieved significant recognition in digital transformation and service innovation, receiving two accolades from the Digital Government Authority. The ministry attained a 93.36% completion rate in the 2025 Digital Transformation Index, placing fourth among ministries and eighth overall among 240 government entities in the innovation category for the third consecutive time. Additionally, the ministry received a certificate of excellence for Best Digital Service for its Nusuk Masar platform.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Nusuk Masar platform was acknowledged for its role in facilitating the booking of Hajj packages for domestic pilgrims, thereby simplifying procedures within the Nusuk system. These awards highlight the ministry's ongoing efforts to enhance the Hajj and Umrah experience through digital solutions.

These achievements underscore the ministry's commitment to leveraging technology to improve service delivery and streamline processes for pilgrims. The recognition from the Digital Government Authority reflects the ministry's dedication to implementing efficient and user-friendly digital services.
