Hail: The Hail Municipality, represented by the general administration of parks and environmental development, has been awarded the international ISO 20121:2024 certification for sustainable event management. This recognition highlights the municipality's adherence to global standards of quality and sustainability in organizing public events and occasions.
According to Saudi Press Agency, this achievement is a result of the municipality's successful implementation of over 500 events in the past three years. These events, which span social, cultural, recreational, and environmental programs, have significantly contributed to enhancing the quality of life and increasing community participation in the region.
Mayor of Hail Region Eng. Sultan Al-Zaidi emphasized that this accomplishment demonstrates the municipality's commitment to advancing the municipal work ecosystem. By applying quality and institutional excellence standards, the municipality aims to improve the organizational work environment, aligning with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. Al-Zaidi also mentioned that the certification serves as an incentive to further promote sustainability in all activities and events overseen by the municipality.
