Gusty Winds and Thunderstorms Expected in Parts of Saudi Arabia

Tabuk: Gusty winds leading to dust storms are expected to affect parts of Tabuk, Al-Jouf, and Northern Borders regions. Light rain showers may occur in some of these areas, while thunderstorms with hail and gusty winds are anticipated in parts of Najran, Jazan, and Aseer regions.

According to Saudi Press Agency, winds over the Red Sea will be southeasterly to southwesterly at speeds of 12-35 km/h in the northern part, and northwesterly to southwesterly at speeds of 10-25 km/h in the central and southern parts. The waves in the Red Sea are expected to range from half a meter to one and a half meters, with the sea remaining relatively calm.

In the Arabian Gulf, the winds will be northeasterly to southeasterly at speeds of 10-28 km/h in the northern part, and northwesterly to westerly at speeds of 12-32 km/h in the central and southern parts. Waves in the Gulf may also range from half a meter to one and a half meters, maintaining a relatively calm sea state.
