Makkah: Gusty, dust-stirring winds are forecasted to sweep across parts of the Makkah, Madinah, and Tabuk regions, significantly reducing horizontal visibility to nearly zero, especially in coastal areas. Maximum temperatures are set to remain high in the Eastern Region and parts of Riyadh, Makkah, and Madinah regions.
According to Saudi Press Agency, thunderclouds accompanied by gusty winds are anticipated to form over parts of Najran, Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha, Riyadh, and Eastern regions. In the Red Sea, winds are expected to be westerly to westerly at speeds of 12-35 km/h in the northern part, and 25-50 km/h in the central and southern parts. Wave heights will vary from half a meter to two and a half meters, indicating that the sea will be calm to choppy.
The Arabian Gulf will experience westerly to northwesterly winds, shifting at night to southeasterly to southwesterly in the northern and central parts. In the southern part, the winds will be southeasterly to southwesterly, shifting in the evening to northwesterly to southwesterly at speeds of 10-28 km/h. Waves in the Arabian Gulf will range from half a meter to one meter, keeping the sea calm.
