Jeddah: Weather forecasts indicate that gusty winds, along with moderate to heavy rain and hail, are expected to affect parts of Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha, and Makkah regions.
According to Saudi Press Agency, light to moderate rain is also predicted in the regions of Najran, Riyadh, Madinah, Qassim, Hail, Northern Borders, and Eastern areas. The Red Sea is anticipated to experience northwesterly to northerly winds reaching speeds of 15-35 km/h in its northern and central areas, while the southern part will see southeasterly to southwesterly winds at 20-40 km/h. Wave heights could range from one to two meters, making the sea relatively calm to choppy.
In the Arabian Gulf, winds are expected to be southwesterly to southeasterly, blowing at speeds of 15-30 km/h. Wave heights are forecasted to be between half a meter to one and a half meters, creating relatively calm sea conditions.
