Riyadh: Gusty winds are forecasted to blow across several regions in Saudi Arabia, with the potential for rain and hail in Najran, Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha, and Makkah, impacting weather conditions significantly. Fog formation is also expected in these areas, as well as in the Eastern Region.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Makkah and Madinah will experience dust-stirring winds, affecting visibility. Over the Red Sea, winds will vary; in the northern and central parts, they will be northeasterly to northwesterly at 12-40 km/h, while in the southern part, they will be southeasterly to southwesterly at 10-30 km/h. Wave heights will range from half a meter to one and a half meters, resulting in a sea that is calm to choppy.
In the Arabian Gulf, winds will be northwesterly to northerly in the northern and central parts and southeasterly to easterly in the southern part at speeds of 10-28 km/h. Waves are expected to reach from half a meter to one meter, ensuring relatively calm sea conditions.
