Jeddah: The National Center for Meteorology has issued a weather forecast indicating gusty winds and potential rainfall in the regions of Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha, and Makkah. Additionally, fog is anticipated to form in parts of these regions as well as in Al-Jouf, the Northern Borders, and the Eastern Region. According to Saudi Press Agency, the Red Sea will experience westerly to northwesterly winds at speeds of 18-38 km/h in the northern and central parts and southwesterly to westerly winds at speeds of 15-50 km/h in the southern part. Wave heights are expected to range from half a meter to over two meters, making the sea conditions vary from calm to choppy. In the Arabian Gulf, the forecast predicts northerly to northwesterly winds reaching speeds of 16-36 km/h. Wave heights in the gulf are expected to range from half a meter to one and a half meters, resulting in relatively calm sea conditions.
