Jeddah: Gusty winds and moderate to heavy rain, along with hail, are anticipated in the Jazan and Aseer regions this Saturday. Rainfall may also occur in the Al-Baha and Makkah regions, with the potential for fog formation in these areas as well as in the Eastern Region.
According to Saudi Press Agency, dust-stirring winds are expected to blow across Madinah, Al-Jouf, Northern Borders, Eastern, Riyadh, and Najran regions. The Red Sea will experience northeasterly to northwesterly winds at speeds of 15-40 km/h in the northern and central parts, and southwesterly to westerly winds at speeds of 12-50 km/h in the southern part. Wave heights will vary from half a meter to two meters, resulting in calm to choppy sea conditions.
For the Arabian Gulf, winds are forecasted to be northwesterly to northerly in the northern and central parts, and southeasterly to easterly in the southern part, at speeds of 10-28 km/h. Wave heights will range from half a meter to one meter, and the sea is expected to remain relatively calm.
