Makkah: The Guidance Center for Buses Transporting Pilgrims from Abroad, in collaboration with Umm Al-Qura University, has initiated a training program aimed at preparing guides and administrators for the 1446 AH Hajj season's operational plan. This effort is part of the comprehensive bus guidance system that assists pilgrims arriving in Makkah.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the program seeks to train over 1,500 nationally qualified male and female participants in guidance operations, with a focus on enhancing the quality of services offered to pilgrims. Participants will learn about the smart technologies used by the center, such as digital maps and the 'Arshidni' platform, which guides pilgrims' buses to their designated accommodations in Makkah.
A significant element of the workshops is the 'Terhab' program, supported by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. This program focuses on excellence in hospitality and service delivery for pilgrims. It aims to develop the skills of bus guides, administrative staff, and field personnel, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all incoming pilgrims.
