Grand Mosque Imam Urges Muslims to Seize Final Days of Ramadan

Mecca: In his Friday sermon at the Grand Mosque today, Imam Sheikh Faisal Ghazzawi urged Muslims to seize the remaining days of Ramadan, emphasizing that the value of deeds lies in their final actions and that sincere repentance can rectify past shortcomings.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Sheikh Ghazzawi also highlighted the essential final rites of the month, including the payment of Zakat Al-Fitr and the recitation of the Eid Takbir as acts of gratitude. He concluded by stressing the importance of maintaining righteousness beyond the holy month and encouraged the fasting of six days in Shawwal to achieve the full spiritual reward.
