Riyadh: The General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) announced the addition of three new languages to its app as part of its efforts to provide expatriate subscribers with more transparent and seamless access to digital insurance services.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the new languages include Bengali, Urdu, and Filipino, enabling a broader segment of non-Arabic-speaking expatriate subscribers to access social insurance services in their own language.
GOSI urged subscribers to update the app, underscoring its commitment to improving digital services for a smoother, more responsive experience.
