Sisi arrives in Jordan for summit talks with King Abdullah II

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi arrived in the Jordanian capital Amman on Sunday for summit talks with King Abdullah II of Jordan that fall within the framework of constant bilateral consultations and coordination.

The Jordanian monarch welcomed the Egyptian president upon his arrival at the airport.

Sisi was accorded a red carpet reception ahead of the beginning of talks between the two sides which are expected to cover means of fostering Egyptian-Jordanian relations and the latest regional developments including conditions in the Palestinian lands and efforts exerted to reach a political settlement to outstanding problems and restore security and stability across the region.
