General

Mecca: The General Presidency for Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque affirmed its full readiness to provide enriching services to worshippers and visitors at the Two Holy Mosques, in support of their moderate message.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Presidency has established a dedicated enrichment path aimed at deepening the impact of etiquettes, practices, and virtues of Friday in the hearts of visitors. This effort includes activating Quranic circle programs, intensifying dawah and guidance lessons, and organizing specialized scientific activities to enhance the spiritual experience.

One of the most prominent offerings is the 'Answering the Questioner' service, supervised by 71 scholars and students of knowledge at seven main locations within the Grand Mosque. To accommodate diverse linguistic needs, religious translators are available to provide answers in multiple languages. Additionally, designated areas for women are available at prayer area 74 on the ground floor and area 84 on the first floor.

The Presidency also provides responses to inquiries through toll-free numbers 8001222400 and 8001222100, ensuring that assistance is readily accessible.

In alignment with technological advancements, the Presidency has introduced smart interactive screens throughout the Grand Mosque. These screens enable users to easily download and read religious books, while QR codes offer reliable digital scholarly content in several languages.

Through these initiatives, the Presidency aims to enhance on-site religious awareness, foster a spiritual environment that enriches the faith experience of visitors, and enable them to perform their rituals in an atmosphere of reverence and tranquility.
