Paris: CEO of the General Authority for Competition (GAC) Dr. Fahad Al-Shathri is leading the authority's delegation to the Global Forum on Competition, organized by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), along with the meetings of the Competition Committee, which are taking place from December 1 to 5, 2025, in Paris.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the authority's participation includes chairing several sessions, holding meetings, and delivering interventions during the forum. These include a session titled 'Competition in the Healthcare Sector,' a dialogue on healthcare markets, and presentations on enforcing competition regulations in informal markets, balancing competing priorities in competition policies, and other related subjects.
