Riyadh: Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA) Advisor Turki bin Abdulmohsen Alalshikh announced yesterday the launch of the official visual identity for Eid Al-Fitr 2026. This initiative is part of the authority's efforts to enhance the Eid celebration experience and reinforce its atmosphere as an occasion reflecting the values of joy and social connection.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the new identity embodies the spirit of Eid in the Kingdom through a rich visual design. It is inspired by authentic festive manifestations and the accompanying inherited social customs that strengthen feelings of happiness and closeness among members of society.
The identity features an integrated system of design elements that can be applied across various platforms and media. This includes visual patterns, icons, illustrations, and color palettes, all aimed at unifying the festive appearance and enhancing the visual presence of Eid across events, initiatives, and media and promotional materials.
The introduction of this identity aligns with GEA's direction to develop a comprehensive celebratory experience that reflects the richness of local traditions. It aims to strengthen the presence of national and social occasions through a modern creative approach that combines authenticity and contemporary design.
