Riyadh: The General Entertainment Authority (GEA) announced its participation as a strategic partner in the third annual CX World Forum, organized by the Saudi CX Association and held in Riyadh on December 9 and 10.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the forum stands as a prominent platform that brings together experts and professionals to exchange knowledge, explore best practices in customer experience (CX), and enhance the quality of services provided across various sectors.
The event features a comprehensive program that includes panel discussions, presentations, workshops, and an accompanying exhibition, in addition to the Saudi Customer Experience Awards 2026 ceremony. The forum hosts leading experts and decision-makers from within the Kingdom and abroad, enriching the dialogue around building more advanced and responsive service environments.
The forum’s activities will take place at Arena Hall, with the first day running from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The schedule for the second day runs from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The event concludes with the Saudi Customer Experience Awards 2026 ceremony, held from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., in the presence of specialists and participating organizations.
Through its sessions and discussion tracks, the forum covers a range of topics including the future of support services and customer engagement, experience sustainability, the role of modern technologies in enhancing service quality, and the impact of logistics on customer satisfaction. The sessions aim to deliver practical insights that reflect the sector’s ongoing development and align with rapid changes in the business environment.
