The General Directorate of Narcotics Control (GDNC) in the Eastern region has arrested a citizen for attempting to sell hashish and prohibited tablets, and for being in possession of firearms and live bullets. The GDNC referred the individual to the Public Prosecution.
Security authorities urge citizens and residents to report any drug selling or smuggling activity by calling 911 in Makkah, Riyadh and Eastern Region, 999 in the rest of the Kingdom’s regions, the General Directorate of Narcotics Control at 995 or via e-mail at: 995@gdnc.gov.sa. All information given will be treated with strict confidentiality.
