Davos: Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, met on Monday in Davos, Switzerland, with Financial Secretary of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR), Paul Chan Mo-po, on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum (WEF) Annual Meeting 2025, according to a press release from the GCC General Secretariat. According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting focused on enhancing the relations between the GCC and Hong Kong, and ways to develop and strengthen them in all areas, especially in the economic and investment sectors, to achieve mutual goals. The discussion also included the Free Trade Agreement between the GCC countries and Hong Kong.
