Riyadh: Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Jasem Albudaiwi received the Omani Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Sayyid Najib bin Hilal Al Busaidi, at the General Secretariat headquarters.
According to Saudi Press Agency, during the meeting, Albudaiwi extended his congratulations to Al Busaidi on his new role as Oman's ambassador to Saudi Arabia and expressed his wishes for the ambassador's success in his duties. The discussions between the two officials focused on various key subjects, particularly on strengthening efforts for joint Gulf action aimed at achieving greater integration, solidarity, and interconnectedness.
These efforts are directed towards fulfilling the visions of the GCC countries' leaders and the aspirations of their people. Additionally, the meeting included a review of the latest developments in both the regional and international arenas.
