Riyadh: Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi condemned in the strongest terms the launch of ballistic missiles by the Houthi militia toward Taif and Yanbu in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
According to Saudi Press Agency, He stressed that the militia's continued targeting of Saudi territory and civilian lives with ballistic missiles underscores its persistent pursuit of a dangerous, escalatory course in the Kingdom.
He reaffirmed that GCC member states stand united alongside Saudi Arabia, expressing unwavering support for all measures it undertakes to defend its sovereignty, protect its security and stability, and ensure the safety of its citizens and residents.
