Riyadh: At the invitation of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, leaders from the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC), along with the King of Jordan and the President of Egypt, are set to meet in Riyadh on Friday, February 21, 2025. This gathering is described as an informal brotherly meeting.
According to Saudi Press Agency, this event is part of a series of private friendly gatherings that have been consistently held over the years among the leaders of the GCC states, Jordan, and Egypt. These gatherings underscore the strong ties between these leaders and aim to enhance cooperation and coordination across the region.
The meeting will also serve as a platform to discuss joint Arab action and relevant decisions, which will be included in the agenda of the upcoming Extraordinary Arab Summit in Egypt.
