Amman: The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) announced on Monday that the water shortfall has reached 85 percent in Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip, indicating that only 3 out of 18 water wells are functioning in the city due to the 11-month-long Israeli war. "Not only are people in Gaza in constant fear for their lives, but they struggle to meet even their most basic needs. This is a complete dehumanization, and a never-ending tragedy," UNRWA said in a post on its official X account. Source: Jordan News Agency
