Free Practice Boosts Drivers’ Readiness in Saudi Toyota Time Attack Round Two

Riyadh: The first day of round two of the Saudi Toyota Championship Time Attack 2026 got underway Thursday at Jeddah Corniche Circuit, under the supervision of the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation (SAMF), the championship owner, and in partnership with Jameel Motorsport, the championship's official partner. According to Saudi Press Agency, the round's program began at 2 p.m. Thursday with administrative checks and technical inspections of participating cars to ensure compliance with approved technical requirements and safety standards, as well as a familiarization lap. A total of 88 male and female competitors are registered for round two across 11 categories, including the Ladies Cup. Free practice allowed drivers to test their cars' performance on the circuit, assess their readiness, and make the necessary adjustments ahead of Friday's competition. Competition in round two continues Friday, with the first race starting at 4 p.m., followed by the second at 7:15 p.m., as each competitor seeks to record the best possible time.
