Founder of Extreme E Racing: We Seek to Increase Number of Races from 5 to 10 Annually

Tabuk, March 12, 2023, SPA — Alejandro Agag, Founder and CEO of Extreme E, has commended the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for hosting the electric SUV competition for the third consecutive year. He expressed his desire to increase the number of races held in the country from five to ten per year.

In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), he stressed that electric motorsports have become a model that proves harmony between motorsports, excitement, and sustainability.

The first round of the competition, which took place in NEOM, featured ten international teams with a total of twenty male and female drivers. All drivers will compete in the “Odyssey 21” vehicle.
