Qatif: The Film Criticism Forum held its second stop Thursday in Qatif, with a theme focused on cinema and the art of place. The forum is organized by the Film Commission as part of a series of events across regions of Saudi Arabia.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the Qatif forum builds on the success it had in Abha in August, and it will conclude in Riyadh with an international conference.
The initiative provides specialized national platforms that bring together creative thought and cinematic vision, contributing to the development of the cultural landscape while enabling professionals to engage in film criticism and production in the Kingdom.
