AlUla: Film AlUla, the film agency of the Royal Commission for AlUla, has signed an agreement with MBS MENA Limited to exclusively manage and operate AlUla Studios. MBS MENA is the newly established regional entity of The MBS Group, recognized worldwide as a leading studio operator and provider of production services.
According to Saudi Press Agency, this strategic partnership positions AlUla as a regional film production destination, combining Saudi Arabia's top production hub with a globally acclaimed studio brand. This collaboration sets a new standard for production infrastructure and management throughout the Middle East.
AlUla Studios is now part of The MBS Group's extensive global network, which includes 50 facilities across major production markets in the United States, Canada, and Europe. These sites are utilized for filming high-caliber productions.
MBS MENA Limited will work closely with Film AlUla to establish a strong production pipeline, ensuring efficient studio operations. The focus will be on maximizing studio occupancy, optimizing production schedules, and managing leasing agreements for both local and international projects.
This partnership marks The MBS Group's inaugural operational presence in the MENA region, bringing the same standards seen at its facilities in North America and Europe.
