Argentine legend Lionel Messi will be back in action as world cup champions gear up for Venezuela and Bolivia in the CONMEBOL FIFA World Cup 2026 qualifiers. The Inter Miami superstar was ruled out of the La Albiceleste's squad for encounters against Chile and Colombia in the previous rounds over an ankle injury he sustained in the 2024 Copa America final on July 15. Lionel Scaloni's men will face Venezuela and Bolivia respectively on Oct. 11 and 16.
