Field Leaders Workshop for 1447 AH Hajj Season Convened

Makkah: Under the directives of Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Governor of Makkah Region, and Chairman of the Permanent Committee for Hajj and Umrah Prince Khalid bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz, and with the follow-up of Deputy Governor of Makkah Region Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz, the Hajj Projects Management Office (Haj PMO) of the Pilgrim Experience Program organized the Field Leaders Workshop for the 1447 AH Hajj season.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the workshop aims to enhance integration and alignment among field leaders and raise the efficiency of coordination and direct communication among relevant entities. These efforts contribute to supporting proactive work, accelerating the handling of operational challenges, and achieving the highest levels of readiness and integration in serving pilgrims.

The workshop comes as an extension of the tangible impact achieved by the previous edition, as one of the initiatives bringing field leaders together before the season under one umbrella.

The initiative contributed to enhancing field harmony, accelerating decision-making, and developing direct communication channels among leaders. It also helped build a shared understanding of roles, responsibilities, and operational challenges, positively reflecting on the efficiency of field performance during the previous Hajj season.
