Riyadh: Executive Director of the Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission Dr. Hadi Al-Yami met today with Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Safia Taleb Al-Souhail at the Iraqi Embassy in Riyadh. The meeting was held as part of the commission's ongoing efforts to strengthen communication and coordination with diplomatic missions.
According to Saudi Press Agency, during the meeting, the two sides explored ways to enhance cooperation and coordination between the commission and Iraq in various areas of mutual interest. They also discussed a number of current regional and international issues and reviewed opportunities to develop institutional partnerships and exchange expertise and information to support joint initiatives.
The meeting underscored the importance of continued consultation and collaboration among official bodies to achieve common goals and strengthen bilateral relations.
Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to further developing cooperation frameworks, deepening institutional relations, and enhancing communication channels, in a manner that serves shared interests in the coming period.
